The impression is made in wax from an antique glass intaglio then cast in metal. Our disc is the perfect size and weight for layering with other pendants.

Skulls in heraldry symbolize mortality, a reminder that to live is to die and all living things come to the same end no matter the path they take. They are meant to remind us to live each day like it's our last.


The Motto reads “Es, Fui, Sum, Eris” or “Thou art, I was, I am, Thou will be”. (Note the top of some of the letter my be cut off).

Memento mori is the medieval Latin Christian theory and practice of reflection on mortality, especially as a means of considering the vanity of earthly life and the transient nature of all earthly goods and pursuits.

*Common items such as perfumes or body lotions may dull the luster of your jewelry, or cause it to tarnish at an accelerated rate.
